AQA-B
The AQA-B specification has been designed to give students a fundamental understanding of theory, concepts and research in psychology, a critical appreciation of the scientific nature of psychology, an opportunity to develop a capacity for critical thinking and an appreciation of the relationship between the difference aspects of the subject and the ability to relate them to contemporary issues.
For the AQA-B syllabus, Psychology Press has published an excellent general textbook Fundamentals of Psychology which can be used on both the AS and the A2 course.
Our new textbook A2 Level Psychology which has been developed for the AQA-A specification can also be used for much of the AQA-B A2 course.
We also produce a number of books that are useful for the specific topics.
For further details as to how Fundamentals of Psychology and A2 Level Psychology map against the AQA-B syllabus and for a more extensive booklist, please click on the AS Level (AQA-B) or the A2 Level (AQA-B) links.
