Any imperfect copies (those with production faults such as missing or blank pages) may be returned without time limit, and we'll pay the postage/carriage costs - but you must contact us before returning any item.

Books returned to us without prior agreement will not be credited or acknowledged. We can't accept liability for financial losses incurred by customers who have submitted unauthorised returns - so please contact us before returning an item:
